Skin & Social is a luxury boutique aesthetic studio where natural-looking results, personalized care, and clinical expertise meet. Founder Alexis Lightner, BSN, RN, PHN, spent years in critical care before turning her precision toward aesthetics — and she brought her standards with her.
Every visit here is built around one question: what does this particular face need, and what should be left alone? That question shapes every plan, every product choice, every quiet recommendation to wait rather than add.
The result is a studio that feels less like a clinic and more like a boutique hotel spa — warm lighting, natural textures, and the sense that someone is genuinely paying attention to you.

A Registered Nurse with a background in critical care, Alexis combines medical knowledge with an artistic approach to create natural, balanced results — known for her attention to detail and honest recommendations.

Dr. Yalda Sedghi
Dr. Yalda Sedghi, a distinguished Primary Care Physician with nearly a decade of experience, is a versatile medical professional with a unique blend of expertise. Her journey in healthcare has taken her through the realms of outpatient and inpatient care, as well as urgent care, allowing her to excel in a variety of medical settings.
Notably, Dr. Sedghi spent three years at the helm of a dermatology clinic, during which she worked closely with the dermatology chief, honing her skills in dermatology, hormone replacement therapy, and general medicine. Her commitment to providing comprehensive patient care shines through in her work.
In addition to her primary care role, Dr. Sedghi is the Owner and CEO of Bliss and Bloom Medical Aesthetics, Inc., a thriving medical spa specializing in aesthetics. Her expertise encompasses a wide range of procedures, including neurotoxins, injectables, laser treatments, peptides, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), and weight loss solutions. Her journey into aesthetics commenced in 2019 and quickly evolved from a hobby to a passion alongside her primary medical practice.
With extensive training in all aspects of aesthetics, including fillers, injectables, lasers, PRP, biostimulators, HRT, and weight loss, Dr. Sedghi brings a wealth of knowledge and a commitment to excellence to her role as a medical spa owner and practitioner. Her experience in leading her own med spa, combined with her dedication to patient well-being, makes her an ideal partner for any med spa looking to provide top-tier aesthetic care.
